Air Cairo Now Welcomes Your Pets Inside the Cabin!

If you’ve ever stressed about leaving your pet behind when you travel, this update might just change everything. Air Cairo has officially made it easier for you to fly with your furry companion, now allowing small pets to travel right inside the cabin with you on selected flights.

Your pet can finally stay with you

No more cargo worries. Your pet stays in the cabin, close and safe throughout the journey. Of course, there are a few rules to keep things smooth. Your pet must be placed in an approved carrier that fits under the seat in front of you, and the total weight (pet + carrier) can’t exceed 8 kg. The carrier size should stay within approximately 55 x 40 x 20 cm.

Not every flight, so plan ahead

This service is available on selected routes only, and there’s a limited number of pets allowed per cabin. So if you’re thinking about traveling with your pet, booking early isn’t just a good idea—it’s necessary.

How much does it cost?

Here’s what you’ll be paying for a one-way trip:

  • International flights: around $90
  • Flights to Saudi Arabia: around $180
  • Domestic flights: around $35
