Koshary Ice Cream, Anyone? Noon Ice Cream Pop-Up Is Getting Wild!

Pepsi sorbet, Chipsy Shatta and Lemon ice cream, and even koshary-flavoured scoops with actual lentils? Noon Minutes has brought The Ice Cream Project to UVenues, and the flavors are getting pretty wild!

Running until November 8, the pop-up brings together 16 flavours, from unexpected twists on familiar snacks and drinks to some seriously creative ice cream combinations.

The lineup includes Pepsi sorbet with a fizzy finish, Mirinda-inspired orange sorbet, and 7UP with lime and mint. There’s also vanilla ice cream mixed with Chipsy Shatta and Lemon, topped with extra crushed chips, and a koshary-inspired scoop made with actual lentils!

If you’re after something a little less experimental, try The Milkman, with white chocolate, coffee and salted caramel, or noon Minutes’ pistachio and kunafa creation, finished with extra crunchy kunafa.

You’ll also find favourites from Juhayna, including fruity Zabado, protein-packed Greek Yoghurt, Lactose Free and MiX chocolate.

The Ice Cream Project is running at UVenues until November 8, with all 16 flavours available to taste and purchase. So, are you adventurous enough to try the koshary ice cream?
