Non Pizza: Cairo’s Newest Spot Serving Pizza With a Balcony Basket

Restaurants in Cairo keep coming up with fun food ideas, and this one might be our favorite yet. Non Pizza has just opened in Korba, and instead of handing you your pizza at a counter, they lower it down from a balcony in a basket!

Inspired by one of Egypt’s most nostalgic traditions, the team turned the classic balcony basket into a fun way to serve pizza. You’ll place your order, wait downstairs, then watch your fresh pizza come down from above.

You’ll find the spot inside 929 Specialty Coffee on Baghdad Street, but there’s a catch. There’s no dine-in, no delivery, and no drive-through. The only way to get your pizza is to head there yourself.

The menu is short and sweet:

Margherita – 390 EGP
Pepperoni – 440 EGP
Truffle Mushroom – 490 EGP

NON Pizza in Korba is only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 PM to 9 PM, so make sure you go during those hours.
