Earlier this week, Civil Aviation Minister Mohamed Manar announced that Egypt will reopen all its airports for scheduled international traffic on July 1.

Flights will resume “between Egypt and countries which have reopened their airspace”, said Minister Manar during a news conference in Cairo, in hopes that tourism will resume in the country.
Since March, Egypt has closed down its airports as well as its main attractions to curb the spread of the coronavirus.
