Sept 25: Things kick off with a press lunch at Zooba GEM – the perfect warm-up.
Sept 26: Don’t miss CFW Conversations x GEM Talks at the Grand Egyptian Museum. Expect chefs, historians, and tastemakers debating the future of food. And in the evening? Dinner featuring top talents.
Sept 27: A masterclass at Hyatt Regency, brunch at Barranco, plus an exhibition “Tables of Cairo” at the Islamic Ceramics Museum – capped off with an after-party at Villa M.
Sept 28-29: Fine dining nights at Palm Central with chefs from around the world – from Riccardo Forapani to Solemann Haddad. These are the Michelin-star evenings everyone will talk about.
Sept 30 – Oct 2: More chef collaborations, including Tamara Rigo, hosting unforgettable dinners at District 5.
Oct 3: Chef Adam Kodovas takes over Mazeeg Balad, followed by a cocktail reception on the Nile at Shemu.
Oct 4: Closing night with Chefs Rolf Othman & Ali Ghadban at Sachi, Park Street. Plus, there will be an epic after party to wrap up the week.
