I want to thank my God,\u201d said Youssef at the start of his victory speech, which was the first of the night.  <img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thisiscairo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/image1578497094438-13.png\">   Born in the United States to Egyptian parents, Youssef is the creator, executive producer and protagonist of <em>Ramy<\/em>. The show tells the story of a young Egyptian-American navigating his identity as a second generation American and Muslim, mirroring Youssef&#8217;s own childhood.
