Considered to be among the most prestigious of beauty pageants, Miss Elite is set to hold its 3rd edition in the modern Red Sea resort of Somabay next month.
The event is scheduled to take place between May 11th and May 20th, and it aims to empower women from across the globe while celebrating their unique beauty and respective cultures.
The highly anticipated ceremony is expected to be a grand affair, with many public figures in attendance. Lebanese media personality Rodolph Hilal will host the event, and the beloved superstar Walid Taoufic will provide entertainment during breaks. There are also rumors that the iconic Georgina Rizk, former Miss Universe and wife of Taoufic, will be present, but they have yet to be confirmed.
Miss Universe 2005 and award-winning coach, Natalie Glebova, will conduct a masterclass for Miss Elite candidates.
A highly respected panel of judges, which includes Miss Elite’s president Stefano Douaihy, Sombaya’s CEO, and other public figures, will be headed by Heidi Karam, and they will evaluate the contestants. A total of 42 stunning contestants from various countries, including Russia, Argentina, Australia, France, Lebanon, and Egypt, will compete for the crown in what is considered the number one beauty pageant event in the Middle East and Africa.
To celebrate the contestants’ culture and beauty, the beauty queens will showcase their countries’ traditional costumes. Last year’s winner, India’s Deep Supriyam will crown her successor at the coronation ceremony.
